Unprofessional, lying, ungodly, racist teacher.

Teacher Complaint: Ms.harris, Ms.fine,mr,harron, Mr Brown (dean) - Westside K-8

1st off I would like to state that this involves 3 different incedients. The 1st teacher Ms. Fine yelled at my son for no apparent reason and than sent a discipline referral to the dean Mr. Brown, which than in returned placed my son on 1 day ISS, it would have been 2 days if I had not went out to the next school and had a meeting with the dean and the teacher and by the way the teacher never showed up at the meeting, uummmhh makes me wonder... 2 weeks later I received another call from the same dean stating to me that my so was being suspended for 1 day because the teacher assumed she heard him called her a BITCH when he stated he had an itch, after the 1 day suspension was over the teacher goes to my son and state to him I really don't know what you said and walked off, when I told the dean about what the teacher Ms.Harris stated to my son he goes oh she didn't say that as if my son had reason to lie. Now we get to Ms. Harron, who repeatly told my son verbatim " OH NO ONE LIKES YOU NO ONE WANTS TO WORK WITH YOU" so when I question her about the remarks she made the Mr. Brown immediately jumps to her defense without her ever saying a word and than my son was placed on ISS for 2 days AGAIN!!! I ask the dean and also the teacher what was their technique and strategy for recifying a problem in the classroom when there is a conflict between the teacher and the student besides sending them to the office everytime they look at the teacher wrong and no one not even the dean said a word....but I told the teacher, the dean and also the principle that the phone calls and the nonsense STOPS today, and from this point forward I'm filing grievances against with the OSCELOA COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD. All the teacher listed including the dean has a personl vendetta against my son and it all has to do with his ethnic origin. but like I stated the foolishness STOPS today...

So, where in your version of events does it point to being driven by racism? It seems as though parents are doing a great dis-service to their children by automatically providing a racial "crutch" to deal with adversity. There are four new complaints on the first page alone that mention "racism"or "racist", yet not one provides any hint of a racial motivation. It would seem to be of greater value to teach our children to handle life on the merits of their character, instead of on the merits of their excuses.
