Teacher Complaint: Ms.priest - Roosevelt School
well my child was transfered to roosevelt school on febuary 18,2011
she was doing good for a couple of months.I told the school social worker that i am gardian,she has some issues that im dealing with.
so i filled her in she is in therepy and she goes to a afterschool
program and at home she is fine!so i signed a release form so everyone will be on the same page!
so i recieved a phone call from the school social worker about my
child.she said my child said she wanted to hit the teacher and i said
why did she say that ?do i need to pick her up?no we are going to put her in inschool and call back in a hour so i said okay.
when i called back the secutary said they took her to st vincents for what so i jumped in a cab and raced up there in the mean time my child was there crying and upset!so i got to take her home but i was asked why is hse here? i dont know so we went home.
in the meantime she went to school and i have been leaving messages for the supertindent of school and i have no respose back!
so my baby got suspended for 3 days ???i did not recieve no notice why? at the end of the school year i recieved a notice for a ppt and i cancelled it to recedule it but no response back!
at the end of the year she got suspended for 5 day and i didnt receive any confermation why?????
so i leave messages for the school and the ass supertindent and i still have no answeres!
now there talking about keeping my child back and im tring to understand why?????
everyone knew about my child they read her records and allready jugded her from that!
when my children were attendinig this school my kids got stabbed and my sons coat got stolen and they had to pay me and i had to go to court for a bag of chips!!so we dont have any communication at all!
I really think that this schoolshould be held resposable for my childs
education.instead of making me and my child comfortable that made me hate that school even more!evertime i go in the office donna is the only one that has respect the other sacutary says nothing!just leaves me standing there lookiing????
where is the respect and professional????/
