Teacher Complaint: Lynne Rigney - Notre Dame Des Victoires

This teacher has been abusing children since she has been at the school. The school and the church pastor is fully aware of it and has done nothing. At past schools she abused children and she was fired. How does this school continue to keep a teacher they rightly know has physically and mentally abused children?
