Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Carol Ann Kotce - Manomet Elementary
A contrite woman who personifies bigotry and finds the need to be enthusiastically rude to minorities. Her behavior is ensconced with a phony exterior when others become present. I have brought her unethical demeanor to the attention of the principal who was more agitated with my complaint rather than being sympathetic and collaborating a solution. However, it is known that such said behavior is a reflection of their own dissatisfaction with one's self. Grow up lady. High school was many a decades ago for you.
