Teacher Complaint: All Teachers - West Hertel Es
I agree with the complaint written on this day. I also was in the school and you cant tell the teachers from the students. They blend in. I would have to say I have visited other schools before and this school by far is the worst. The teachers do dress like students. Especially the older teachers, they dress like they want to be kids again. They need to look in the mirror and realize they arent. The older kids I cant believe the school or these kids parents let them dress the way they do. I feel like the school promotes it because they let the kids stay in school dressed like this. Oh I forgot the teachers dress like this also. Yeah and the people behind the desk in the office. Dont stand up and greet the parents or students because you may break a leg. Lazy you got that right. They are the first people to disrespect students and parents. Suspend the teachers and the kids for not dressing appropriately. Maybe after a few times these kids, parents and teachers will learn. Union, the school can fight this. I am in a union and I can tell you, our company fights union grievances all the time. This school is famous for putting the blame on everyone but themselves. They hire teachers (not all) but most worthless and expect to teach the kids, when they need teaching themselves. I give this school a F in report card. I also agree with letting the tax payers interview before hiring what harm could it do. Look where we are at now. I think the school is afraid the tax payers will hire better than what they hire. I know my english and spelling isnt the best but at least I know you have to give respect to get it (as the school poster says in the hallway), which this school dont give. Both on teachers and on kids. Our kids learn from these so called teachers. That is the problem with most kids today what they learn in school especially if they go to this school is NOTHING. Unless of course you call disrespecting people and being lazy are subjects.
