Teacher Complaint: Gail May - Rocky Mount Elementary School
Gail May is the Principal at my daughters' school and is absolutely terrible about responding to parent inquiries RE: issues in the classroom. I have to call her several times (2-4 times) and leave messages each time before she finally will return my call. Non-responsive to emails or notes as well. When you do get time with her, she will defend a teachers' behavior no matter how inappropriate it is or placate you by stating that she will talk with the teacher and resolve the issue...unfortunately, the issue will never be resolved and she uses that tactic to buy time in the hopes that you will just go away ! Never in all my life have I seen such a deceitful display from an Elementary School principal !! She should be ashamed of herself & I wish someone would treat her children poorly and then treat her as she has treated us (and other parents with children in this school)! Horrible example of someone who has no business in the education field and worse, acts like she is the be-all and end-all supreme educator - complete hypocrite / liar / despicable individual who should be removed immediately.
