Teacher Complaint: Jesus Santos - Franklin D. Roosevelt Shs

This teacher can't teach a somewhat behaving class. He does not do anything about misbehaving students in the class. I want a teacher that can yell at people and kick them out. Also he didn't even prepare us for the regents exam. He gets off task too quickly and just hands out worksheets whale he sits on his computer. He goes through a topic in less than a day and goes over notes too fast where we can't understand what he is saying.
