Teacher Complaint: Timothy Mullins - #83 And #47
This Teacher TIMOTHY MULLINS was a Teacher at William Paca #83 in 1986-1988 ?? When I saw him driving thru the school neighborhood at 8pm and letting a little boy out of his car; and my children saw him and had him meet me. I ask him what he was doing out at this late at night and he said a parent teacher meeting. (Strange He makes house calls !!)
So I went to the Principal Ms Green and told her and she started watching him and she saw him put a brick in the back door of the school when he thought everyone was gone for the day. She then waited for him to come back at night and saw him take a young boy (student)to his classroom and caught him in the Act of a Sexual Assault. She fired him on the spot and made him leave.
She told me 2 days after this happen and I asked why she did'nt call the Police and report this and she said the school can not afford Bad Press !!! She also found out that he did this at the previous school #47 in Baltimore city and they also just Fired him (NO POLICE or PRESS) Which now leave's him come as go as he please. I have learned he might be a Principal or Assist-Principal to once again come and go as he please's as He may have Keys this time and does'nt need a Brick anymore.
