Teacher Complaint: Kim Holland, Charles Cole, Bobby Burns, Dawn Rink - Cfbisd

But that is because I am fighting a school board...and hopefully whenever it is done I will have more time to myself to speak with moms and make friends...but until then...this is all I have time for...

Fighting the school for my daughter...taking care of my son...and living what is left of life for me...

I have been name called, trolled on, picked on, so on and so forth... and that is fine...I finally found the documents I have been looking for to prove that my child and my family have been discriminated against and more...

My daughter should have been tested for an ARD/IEP in October 2009 and not January 2010 because she was placed in Tier 2 in October...but McCoy Elementary of CFBISD denied her that right...so all you moms out there, beware...take care of your children and be on top of your game...at the latest, she should have been tested in December. I originally asked for help in Spring 2009, but was denied because as Ms. Reiter said, "there were no such programs for people like you". That wasn't in writing, so I cannot prove it, but the Tier 2 and 3 I can and do.

Then comes where the school left my disabled daughter at the Fort Worth Zoo unattended for an undisclosed amount of time. All I am going to post is the following from the member of the CFBISD staff...

Interesting quote I found from a CFBISD worker I thought I would share...

Quote from Kim Holland of CFBISD:

"This unfortunately is not an unusual occurrence at the zoo, thus a plan is in place to make sure missing children can be located quickly and efficiently."

But the fact of the matter is...it happens and has happened and continues to happen multiple times for CFBISD...what seems to be the problem here? Can this district not keep track of their children?

So, if I sound a little bit bitter, a little bit upset, or even a little bit uptight throughout this message, you bet I am for there have been several moms on this board who have thrown stones at me for what my daughter and I have been through. And now? Now I have all of the proof. Over 6" of paperwork to prove what I need and whether or not I get my day in court, I have everything that proves my points of what they did wrong.

You may ask why I am posting this. I am posting this because I am trying to warn other parents, not just parents of the CFBISD area to watch out for their children for zoo field trips and ARD/IEP meetings. But also parents for other districts as well; for if it happens in Carrollton, Tx, I bet it happens elsewhere. Protect your children. I was not able to protect mine...I am sorry for that...I will never be able to forgive myself for it...but I would not wish it upon my worst enemy...and I will go to the ends of the earth to prevent it from happening to another innocent child.

Brightest blessings to you all...
