Mr. Owens,
You are a disgrace to SISD! All of your schools/administation/staff are IDIOTS! The two minute rule is RIDICULOUS! Parents should be allowed/welcomed to bring their kids academic related materials at any time! The schools have turned into prisons! You should be ashamed....it's never been a problem in the past....and your schools are not that big! My graduating class had over 1500! Your staff are rude and prefer to speak spanish...as well as ALOT of the students! This is unexceptable..should be total emersion! It was that way at one time when I was in school here, and now a total 360! It's not Mexico, it's the United States! You hire staff that only speaks spanish too! Including substitute teachers, what the heck are you thinking? You could care less about students who have problems or in special ed. What a shame! When it comes to sports though, money flies!!! I know who you are and i know you cheated on your wife with a principal in SISD! You are unfit to even be a superintendant! My son has been hazed at school, and that is a HUGE no-no! Charges should have been pressed! I could go on and on....and KNOW I am not the only one that feels this way. I've heard numerous stories! You are a joke Mr. Owens!
