Teacher Complaint: Gutierrez - Jane S. Roberts Elementary School

I didnt finish pages she assigned a long time ago bevcause i forgot bout them, so then she says she will call our parents (our being me and some other kids). so i ask 2 other kids (they were 4 kids) and they say their parent havent mentioned anything about it so that means but she called my parents ONLY. and so im in class after lunch (i have her for lunch), and i smile because i talked to my friend at lunch and i was quiet listening to her lesson then she stops and start yelling at me and saying that she and my dad were talking about my 'attitude'. that all happened today, last week a girl asked her for her grade and she told her her grade, then i raise my hand and she says 'yes?' so i say whats my grade, then she just stares at me angrily. Also this kid ask her for a pencil and she says and i quote 'sure, anything for you'. a couple of minutes pass by and I ask her for a pencil, then she looks at me and starts saying i ever come prepared and that i never listen to her and i must have 'listening skills'.
