Teacher Complaint: Mr. Swift - Apopka High School
On 2/24/11, my son got injuried at school, he broke both of the his arms. However, after speaking to school and question school they refuse stating that I need to talk to their lawyer and even though student was involved in an official game created by the coach that day, school, principal, lies that child was monkeying around that they are not responsible for that. I had called the school board as I had another issue with my daughter at apopka high at the same time, I had Mr. Swift had called my on question my daughter on a stolen ipod, however, I told him that his is a criminal matter and that he does not have my permission to questing her so he stated he had to suspend her and he did. After my talk to school board about my son's injury Mr. Swift went had question my daughter ask her sign a statement and file a police report.
I felt that Mr.Swift had violated her rights due question her on a criminal matter when I told him not to and that if he had a problem to make a police report but do not question her, a minor, 15 years old, trying to retaliation because I had gotten a lawyer.
Until now, school is harassing my family. My son nor my daughter cannot go to school with being harassed. I have called multiple times about punishment givin to student that exceeds the crime limits. I think school is bully my family and will not stop until I have some answer for what happened to my son. I felt it is low of Orange County public school to allow to happened in a government industry. School turn my daugher away from school every time she went and always harassing her, asking questions on a daily basis of what's going on in her home, suspending her when it does required, having question her for the purpose of filing a police and forcing her to sign statement and last but not least suspend her for not cooperating with official at school and violating miranda warning (school treating that if she does not write a stated that they are going to take her to jail) have her write a statement because they are upset.

You spoke to the school and questioned and they refused...refused what? Refused to talk to you? Refused to pay the medical bills? Refused to give your son a free t-shirt that says, "Hiya!"?
I love parents who swear on the Bible that the entire school system is out to get them - and just them..nobody else. That the teachers, principals, and even student body is all in one big conspiriacy to make their Little Angels look bad. Nine times out of ten you find the Little Angels have a history of bad behavior, lots of detentions, multiple warnings, and a reputation for acting up (and monkeying around).
"suspending her when it does required" -what does this mean? This doesn't even make any sense - much like the most of your statement. You throw words around like "criminal matter" and "miranda rights" and "school take her to jail" and you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.
Dude, if it's that bad, have your son and daughter carry a mini-tape recorder with them to school and tape all these terrible things -then you'll have proof to take to court.
But it wouldn't suprise me if your kids tell you that "they took the tape away from me" or "they broke it" or "they said they'd take me to jail if I recorded them"...cause you may find proof...it may be proof that your Little Angels are lying.
