Hi to whom Reads this, my daughter is ina special program and they are jurking her around. she did advance on her CAPA and by all acount she should be taking the CST test, but they are making her take the CAPA again in the ELA. even in her IEP i stated that she is to take the CST this year for the CMA next year. but they said the would but chose not to do it. so if you have this problem post it here and if you can pull your kid out of the schools
