Teacher Complaint: Marita Loch - Columbia Valley Garden Elem Schl

This teacher has no business being a teacher. She told my son on the 30th that he was a piece of $hit and he came home and told me. Me being a mom I thought he was lying. I figured what the heck I’ll pop into his class tomorrow because I was volunteering at the school and there you go she slammed her hand on the desk to another child and was yelling at him, I was beyond belief. The bell rung kids they went outside so I was talking to her about my son and asking her if he had any missing work. She then told me that my son had come back from last recess without his writing book and that she couldn’t find it. So, I asked him he told me that he has raised his hand to go get it from his backpack. Ms. Loch told me that was before they even started to write he said I know I wasn’t writing in my book. She then got a little upset and asked him what he was doing for 45 minutes? I then piped up and said what were you doing for 45 minutes that you didn’t notice he was writing. She then got really mad took his pee-chee from my hands and I said 1 I am not your child 2 you will treat me with respect! She then told me his work was over there and brushed me off, I said excuse you I do not know what you are talking about she then pointed at my son and told him he was a piece of $hit and would never amount anything like his parents. I then responded just a little FYI I am a homemaker and my husband makes more then you and your husband put together! How dare you say that to my son (explicit) and told my son to get his stuff we are leaving. The principle at that time didn’t do anything I told her he would not be going back to her class room and I asked for him to be changed. She refused. I took him out of that school and sent him to stay with his dad. Where he did wonderful! Get this a week later the child she slammed her hand in front of well that parent went in to check on her kid and found that the teacher was abusive! Nothing happened in either case! What needs to happen to our children before a teacher gets reprimanded!
