Teacher Complaint: David Baker - Delmar Senior High School
Mr. Baker gives hours of homework to all of his students every night. He stands in front of the projector so no one can see the notes. When he is asked to move, he laughs and shuts the notes off. He cannot teach anything, and all of his students are truely struggling. Most of the students have to go to tutoring with other math teachers all the time. He will give complicated tests on material that nobody understands how to do. When a student asks him a question, he will ignore them or tell them to be quiet. He gave 4 large packets for his algebra 2 class to do over christmas break, but nobody can figure out how to do it by themselves because he hasn't taught the material. He thinks everyone is doing fine in his classes because they attemped the homework and he gives them full credit even if the answers are completely wrong. He will also use the words 'dog' and 'yo', which are quite offensive to african americans in the class. The schools administration have been told all of this, but they have not done anything about it. I think it would be nice if someone could evaluate him. He really isn't a good teacher, at all.
