Teacher Complaint: Ms. Frey - Kipp: Sunshine Peak Academy

Okay, some time last week, somewhere between Monday & Wednesday- I walked into reading class and I went to go sit down and started to converse with my teammates while we waited for class to start. Well, right when I went to go sit down, Ms. Frey comes towards me and says "I need you to go to the office." I got angry and said started arguing. I said that she has to have reason to send me, and that she can't just kick me out. She says "Well, then I guess I have to walk you over there." I tell her that she cant leave her class unattended like that and she just replys saying "It's my class, I can do whatever I want." I ask her if I can go in class & get my stuff, which is laying next to my desk, she says "I'll have someone bring it to you." I go in & get it, to know that my stuff won't be gone through (even though, I know my teammates won't let a teacher go through it). She walks me outside to the door of the building, and watched me walked me to the other building. She goes back in the building & I go into science class (which would have been my next/last class) to get my homework because I already know Im getting sent to ISS (in school suspension). Well, Ms. Frey comes out of no where (when she should in her class) and brings me to the office...where I am informed she refuses to have me in class. I felt I was being deprived of my education at the time, and she is a teacher that has no passion for teaching & has no reason to be teaching- if she isnt willing to work with all students, after all one of our school models is: "Everyone will learn"...now its time the teachers need to step up & get rid of educaters like her.

I don't even know you, but I can tell from your post that not only do you appear to have a serious attitude problem, you are also disrespecful, disobedient, and argumentative. The kind of student who takes even the simplest request from a teacher as an insult to their dignity. News flash: there's one adult in the clasroom and it's not you! It IS her classroom, and it you don't want to be "deprived of your education" you better sit down, shut up, and follow the rules. You had no business going to science class when you were told to go the office. I bet you won't last too long at KIPP. Unlike public schools, they are not required to keep little thugs like you.
