Teacher Complaint: Ms. Jessica Foster - O Fallon High School

This is a teacher at our local high school. My child came home and was intoxicated and said that Ms. Foster let us party at her place. Two of my childs friends also collaborated with the story. They said that Ms. Foster bought them alcohol and they were able to use her home. They said this is a new teacher and I believe she is about 25 years of age. This behavior should not be tolerated. My child has been disciplined and the teacher should be also!

This comes at no suprise to me. My husband & I saw Ms. Foster in St. Louis recently rather intoxicated. We understand that teachers have their own personal lives but the high standard that OTHS holds themselves to should not tolerate this behavior.
