Teacher Complaint: Cant Disclose - Smalley Es

My daughter got suspended because of her involuntarily and forcefuly involvement of a very disturbing issue which happened last year. Unfortunately I could not disclose it on this website. I would rather discuss it with PERSONALLY to the right person in CCSD. An incident occured once last year and my daughter does not even know the nature of the incident. The kid who initiated the incident a year ago did another incident last May 18 and as part of the investigation my daughter's name was dragged into this. Now, my daughter got suspended for 3 days. This letter is actually to enlighten me. If this is the rules and regulation of CCSD, I will definitely respect it but I wanted to know if the Principa's decision to suspend my daughter is justifiable. Please respond to this. My number is 702-513-2452. This is not a complaints yet. I would like to be enlighten first about the issue then I will proceed to the next step.Please Thank you!

M very glad that my daughter was given the justice she deserved because the truth prevails. My daughter is a straight A student, smart, charismatic, and has a very pleasing and bubbly personality that is why maybe some other kids get jealous with her. Now, since she moved to a catholic school she is very much loved by her classmates and teachers. Everyday i hear good comments from her teachers! She becomes more confident, happy, inspired with the kind of environment she is in. Every night she tells me how happy she is. She enjoys her homework! She has a lot of friends who are good influence to her.Thank GOD i transferred her right away! Now ahe is enjoying both her life and studies!!!!
