Teacher Complaint: Shanda Castillo - Hart Upper Elementary School

SHE IS A VERY UNSTABLE PERSON. I DO NOT WANT HER AROUND MY CHILDREN, NO MATTER WHAT AGE THEY ARE. SHE IS TEACHING CHILDREN WHO ARE 6-7 YEARS OLD. AT THAT AGE THEY ARE EASILY INFLUENCED. WOULD YOU WANT A PSYCHOPATH AROUND YOUR KIDS? SHE HAS A CHILD OF HER OWN THAT SHE CAN'T EVEN RAISE. MY DAUGHTER HAD HER LAST YEAR AND I AM FRIENDS WITH A COUPLE OTHER PARENTS WHO'S KIDS WERE IN HER CLASSROOM. SHE IGNORES, NEGLETS AND SNAPS AT THESE POOR KIDS. IT'S LIKE DR.JEKYLL AND MR.HYDE WITH HER. WE'VE REPORTED COMPLAINTS TO THE SCHOOL AND PRINCIPAL BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. SHE HAS SCREAMED AT THE CHILDREN, THROWN THINGS IN THE CLASSROOM AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE PARENTS. SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO TEACH OR BE AROUND CHILDREN. AS A PARENT IT IS VERY CONCERNING THAT THEY WOULD HIRE SOMEONE LIKE HER WITHOUT DOING A BACKGROUND CHECK. SHE IS INCOMPETENT AND IS A DISGRACE TO HART PUBLIC SCHOOLS. IF YOU ARE A PARENT AND YOUR CHILD IS ENTERING THE 2ND GRADE, DO NOT LET THEM AROUND SHANDA CASTILLO. SHE NEEDS TO KEEP HER PROFESSIONAL LIFE SEPERATE FROM HER PERSONAL LIFE. HER ISSUES SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN OUT ON LITTLE CHILDREN. I AM VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH THE SCHOOL SYSTEM! CHECK YOUR TEACHERS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE AFFECTING OTHERS.

GREAT WAY TO DEFEND YOURSELF. YOU JUSTIFIED THE COMPLAINT WITH YOUR MATURE AND TASTEFUL LANGUAGE. NO WONDER THESE PEOPLE DONT WANT THEIR KIDS AROUND YOU! HOPEFULLY YOUR EMPLOYER IIS GETTING A GOOD GLIMPSE OF HOW YOU REALLY ARE.

FYI - There are a group of concerned parents. This is unprofessional and childish. Please clean up your lamguage before you start the school year.

Could it be that three disgruntled parents are trying to set this teacher up? Timing on your remarks looks fishy. You guys could get scarey......

This complaint is a complete fabrication. Absolutely no complaints have been made regarding this teacher and the principal and her coworkers can vouch for the fact that she is an excellent teacher. It's a shame that someone felt the need to post such a nasty, inaccurate complaint.
