Teacher Complaint: Ms Kristi Oliver - Marlborough High

I am outraged that an art teacher Ms Kristi Oliver at the Marlborough MA high school was not held accountable for her actions by the high school administration. In the 2010/2011 school year she used her position to consistently grade my son with F grades in both of the art classes she instructed mindful that my son would be applying to Art Colleges in his senior year. She was almost sucessful in not only preventing an Abigail Adams recipent from being accepted into an art college but from graduating from high school altogether. In my opinion this is clearly a form of teacher bullying by excessive low grading which created undo anxiety on a senior in his last year of school and the anxiety that weighed on his parents, the not knowing their son would graduate till 11:30AM the Friday before Sunday's graduation is just despicable. Lessons' learned, parents and students have no rights when it comes to a complaint concerning a teacher at Marlborough MA high school. The Marlborough MA high school administration is inept and unaccountable and acts more like a HR Department with their full focus on protecting the high school administrators and teachers not the students. I understand now why so many public schools find themselves in litigations with parents there is just no other recourse for resolution.
