Teacher Complaint: Principal Mr Young And Mr. Smith - Whitehall Prepartory And Fitness Academy
I will like to complain about the recent incident that happened to my daughter and the unexpected and unnecessary retaliation from Mr. Young.
Two weeks ago I was picking up my daughter Kumba from after school tutoring at the school, I walked into a male teacher (Mr. Smith) lifting up Kumba in the break room, I express my disapproval of his action to him then I called the school immediately and left a message, no one called me back then I called again the next day and talk to an office staff who took my message and said she will forward it to Mr. Young. The next day I didn’t hear from Mr. Young then I called back and left a message on his voicemail explaining the incident, until today I didn’t hear from Mr. Young about the incident. All of a sudden my daughter keeps on getting all kinds of accusations which I believe are fabricated preventive actions to discredit and silence the incident.
All I wanted is for Mr. Young to address the issue; his actions were unnecessary and unexpected.

First, that this parent would honestly believe that the school is "retaliating" against the child. Is it possible at all that the child IS misbehaving, and the two things are not related?? Second, that the parent is okay with giving away their child's name!! They have a problem with someone touching their daughter - but totally okay with giving their daughter's name out to the public...several times??
I just don't know. I guess I grew up in a time where people trusted schools, teachers, principals - and believed in them. Where did it go?
