Teacher Complaint: Mr. Predisik - Shadle Park High School
This is my complaint directly to him on his misconduct.
"Hi, I am a former student of yours that had the misfortune of having to put up with your excessive demands for your own benefit rather than mine In my opinion of course. I do not appreciate the way you call "helping" people with demands, implied or direct threats, and misrepresenting peoples positions.
Do not call others by nicknames but rather their real name to show you are a REAL PROFESSIONAL. Despite your rhetoric, I do believe common sense and real human understanding where left far behind. I do not appreciate the bias of your level of comprehension about your fellow human beings. I will give YOU some tips on how to be a counselor because I did and got REAL help some people out with problems they were having with their lives.
REAL counselors do not make demands and lie, REAL counselors do not have an authoritarian attitude directed at out groups in a negative fashion, REAL counselors do not blame the victim, REAL counselors do not engage in the psychological abuse of relational aggression, REAL counselors help extricate others out of a bad situation rather than aid the problem. REAL counselors do not make enemies and become worse than that they aim to solve.
Those are some examples of how a REAL counselor conducts his or her job in the RIGHT WAY. When one is accused of something, they are guaranteed a trial to prove their innocence rather than be found guilty out of cronyism and one-sided hearing. You can't tell me I'm wrong or call me a liar because It is just not fair. You want to condemn others on "change" then go look at yourself sir based on public and personal opinion.
I do not understand how making a joke about a bad situation counts as being funny from ones own point of view considering I was apart of this bad situation which stirred up hatred and feelings of bitterness. You really do not know what a threat is If you ask me. A threat is either a direct or implied form of damage to the victim, threats such as when you said you were going to expel my "ass" simply for not going to the classes that were making me unhappy and were not required.
You lacked the knowledge to understand that what you were doing counts as that of a sociopath.
A sociopath in simple terms is a person with a personality/attitude merged with all of the following: Lack of remorse, pleasure-seeking, compulsive lying, and a lack of concern for the feelings of others for their own actions.
What gives you the power to tell other people how to live their lives? Just make sure you are able to help with their personal problems and that should be it. You want to know why I can tell that you are not what your position tells you you are? Because a real counselor searches for solutions to cure the problem rather than to just escalate the problem.
I hope you learned something as of reading this. Any claims from you that this is in any way, shape, or form constitutes a threat is total absurdity that are probably the biggest straw man fallacies I have ever seen from a man like yourself."
