Teacher Complaint: Mrs.ellen Mckenzie - Safford Christian Academy

This teacher is not doing what she's supposed to do.Not only does she try to manage her 3rd grade-8th grade class,she tries to get involved with the other classes,such as threatening to discipline the kindergarten class or constantly complaining about the high school class.She shouldn't be doing that,and she needs to take care of her own class instead of trying to manage other classes like she runs the school.I witnessed her threatening to beat up my 7-year-old cousin and telling the kindergarten kids that she will spank them if they don't behave.The school used to enforce spanking,but they don't anymore.She always complains to the dean of the school that the high schoolers aren't following rules.It's better to wait until things get out of hand and then complain,but not constantly complain about them all the time,even when things are fine.
She also changes the rules,too.The school manual said that in dress code,black or white socks were okay.She changed it to white socks only,when the school manual said black socks were OK,too.Once,she made the girls tuck in their shirts and wear a belt,but the school manual said boys only.She added that if your shirt was too big,that you had to tuck it in and wear you pants up to your waist.She recently added that girls can't wear pants anymore,but had to wear skirts,when the manual said that girls were allowed to wear pants,too.
Two teachers quit working at thee school because of her actions and were tired of being humiliated by her.When the parents go to complain,the other staff are forced to defend her.Mrs.McKenzie should be fired!

I am very disgusted with this type of behavior and teachers should not be doing that.
