Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Ellen Mckenzie - Safford Christia Academy
This teacher is very evil!Please don't place your kids with her!She expelled me from her class and made me sit in an office all day instead of just sending me home or placing me in another class.I had a literature assignment I didn't finish,and she did not give me enough time to finish it or correct it.She kept sending me home with pink slips.When I was at my mom's house(my parents are divorced and I live with my dad),I handed her the pink paper,and she kept it.I came to school and Mrs. McKenzie said,"Where's that pink paper I gave you?"I said,"My mom has it." Mrs.McKenzie then replied,"No,you were supposed to give it to your dad,not your mom."Mrs.McKenzie also hates my mom.She then said she would have a meeting with my parents.My parents confronted her about it during the meeting,and she completely lied about everything that happened.My mom told her about how she was bullying other kids,too.Mrs. McKenzie expected her to give names,but my mom refused.The next day,Mrs.McKenzie gave me another pink paper,and told me to take it to the office.I walked to the office,handed the paper to the secretary,and she told me to sit down.The pink slip said,"repeated failure to finish assignment,repeated failure to turn in home notifications,refusal to obey,verbal abuse by parent."I told the secretary that half the things she wrote on there wasn't true,and she believed me.I sat there for an hour or two,and the secretary moved me to another room close to the office,and said I could play on the computer in there.I played on the computer until 12:00,when Mrs. McKenzie came into the room with my lunch and said,"You're not supposed to be playing on the computer."I told her that the secretary said I could and she said,"Let's eat,"and took me to the lunchroom.I ate my lunch,and my sister was there.She asked me all about it,and I told her about when Mrs.McKenzie told me I couldn't play on the computer,and she had her cell phone with her,with my mom on the phone.I talked with my mom,and told her all about what happened.Then Mrs. McKenzie told me I could go outside to play,and when it was time to go inside,I had to go back into the office.I was outside telling my friends all about what happened,and Mrs.McKenzie made me go back into the office.I went back,and I told the secretary that I wanted to go home,and she said that she'll try to call my aunt.While I was in the other room,I saw Mrs. McKenzie talking to the secretary.Then the secretary brought in my work,and I did as much as I can.When school was over,my dad had worship practice for Sunday in the sanctuary,since the school is a church-school.I fell asleep in the office,and I didn't wake up until 5:00.Worship practice was almost over,so I walked into the sanctuary,and waited for my dad.At 5:30,worship practice was over,and I went home.My dad told me that there was going to be another meeting with Mrs. McKenzie,him,and the dean of the school.Prior to the meeting,which was a few days later,my dad asked me to write some things of what she did on paper,since he was trying to make me move to the high school class,since the high school teacher there was very nice.He also told me that Mrs.McKenzie said that when she asked me to turn in the assignment that morning and I refused to obey,I told him that it was not true and that it never happened.I wrote some things on the paper of what Mr.McKenzie said.I wrote about her saying that Americans were stupid and comparing us to Chinese people,and how she said that Americans were picky about their food,and how she made up this story of how two girls were at a free meal program and sneaked out food to their parents,who were very poor.At the meeting,Mrs. McKenzie lied about everything that happened,and denied telling the kids that Americans were stupid and lazy,and said that I was being rebellious and that my mom and my sister were encouraging me to become rebellious.She lied about everything that happened the day I was expelled from her class.
I am currently in a different school right now,and I can't believe that she did that to me.I am posting this to warn everyone about how dangerous she is and for the safety of young schoolchildren.I don't want them to be hurt like she hurt me.
