Teacher Complaint: Sandra Bratsch - Kingwood H S
My daughter was in Special Education. My daughter is a lovely young adult that Sandra Bratsch kicked my daughter out of school by her 911 calls on me and my family. I am a next door neighbor to Sandra Bratsch. My name is Maria Garza. Sandra Bratsch repeatly called 911 on me and my daughter. My daughter was a slow learner but really liked school at Kingwood High School until Sandra bratsch was her teacher. Ms. Bratsch picked on my daughter constanlty and told her she was a low life Mexican and should go back to Mexico. we are 5th generation Americans. Ms. Bratsch has called the police on us repeatedly and has never stopped. One day Ms. bratsch's African husband was outside and told us that his wife, Sandra Bratsch was diagnosed Paronoid Schitzophrenic about 12 years ago but that the school system, Humble ISD was scarred to fire her because of her mental illness. I do not care my daughter could no longer take the verbal and physical abuse by Ms. Bratsch and we had gone to Humble ISD administration and made formal complaints but nothing happened. My daughter had to drop out of school because of this insane teacher. Where can I find a good lawyer to have a Lawsuit against Humble ISD for keeping her as a teacher. My daughters life is runed because of Ms. Bratsch. Anyone else have a complaint of Ms. Bratsch or a lawyer with an interest for a lawsuit to compensate my daughter.
