Everest college in Anaheim Ca seemed like a good school. Although most of all the teachers their are nice and the in school portion of the program went smooth for me, a few try to run it like a boot camp.I was one of the older students who attended the school because most are usually in their early 20's or just graduated high school.

They don't prepare you for the state exam at all it's not even incorperated in the medical assisting program as it should be. Their careers services department do a shitty job in finding you a place to do your internship. I finished my school and was ready to do my intership (which is a required part of the program to graduate)and they are to find you a location to do your intership if you haven't been able to do this on your own. Well I was told I was going to be dropped from this school meaning all my schooling would be uncredited and useless time and $16,0000.00 down the drain!I took action and told them I would persue a law suit if the wanted to go there and quickly they placed me at a location to do my internship.

As we are recovering from a recession it's hard to find a job but because of this I find that they are not taking it seriously in finding me even a interview now. I would not recemend this school to other students or parents to send you yound adult child here at all.
