Teacher Complaint: Bianca Hernandez - Applied Techonolgy Center
Miss Hernandez had a meeting with the principal, a counselor, the father of the student, and the student when it was apparent that she was not teaching the students Spanish. She tried to deny everything and made excuses for her failure to properly instruct her students but there was a petition signed by 9 other students stating they could not speak Spanish and were lost in the class. After the meeting, she cried to one of her classes and blamed the student for the meeting. Up to that point, this one class hadn't learned the subject for 10 weeks. More was learned from substitute teachers in one week when she was away. She has embarrassed students by downgrading their grade for not being able to pronounce words or cutting off their presentations She has made statements claiming how school comes before family because she is estranged from hers. She lacks the experience, patience, and communication skills to teach.
