Teacher Complaint: Mr. Billingsley - Fountain Valley High
Basically, I've noticed he's giving all the kids a better grade on the test then me, just because I'm a different race than him. I had the same mistakes as my friends, 3 times, and he marked me off more points. I asked him after class and he just said it is what it is. So please, help me.
