Teacher Complaint: Ms. Sonja Taylor - Abraham Lincoln High School

My daughter has received all A's and no B's every since the 6th grade,(6th-12th). She has never missed one day of school during this same time span, not even one excused absent. And she has received 95 percent of E's in citizenship with a few G's added in, during this same time! She is also the 2011 Homecoming queen, so she is well liked by all who meet her. The problem started when the school allowed Ms. Taylor to have her own child,a 12th grader in this 11th grade AP class in question. Her daughter had gone to EastLake High for three years, a upper class White school, and then choose to attend Lincoln High, a so called lower class Black school in the heart of the ghetto, to be with her mom for the 12th grade, (a sure AP credit)! Well we had our very best students in that class, #1 my daughter, #2 a State Champ in basketball,(a young man), a popular Cheerleader, and many other's. So Ms. Taylor thought it best to show her daughter who has the power in that class, by talking to our children unprofessionaly and by holding their work back. Well when I got involved and told our Princpal Ms. Taylor got mad and things got worst, my telling did not help. Well Ms. Taylor wanted her daughter to be a cheer leader but she did not try out so the Cheer Coach did not let her on the team, tensions got high and words were exchanged and then the Cheer Coach just took her daughter out of the AP class, but I would not take mines out, and the basketball player's mom is a Principal, (at a different school) so he did not want to involve her, he just took his B without complaining, because he had already been admitted to a College. Well Ms. Taylor had told my daughter in the beginning of the year that her A's, E's, and 0 absents would truly end oneday, so I told the Principal this. Well my daughter received a B,G, and 1 absent from Ms. Taylor, all lies. Well this case went to the Board, and I showed them so much evidence that they wanted this case covered- up,(possible Lawsuit). I filed a complaint against an employee form AP 9430, but they only wanted me to fill out a Grade Change Request form AP 4705. Many school and Board members are in deep trouble if this goe's to Court, so they will not meet with me. The Board set up a mocked meeting, then they got caught doing this. So with an Appeal in play the Board decided to conduct their business behind closed doors. They never acknowledged my Ap 9430 complaint. Many people cried but no one listened, the school could not correct the hostile problem. This case cover's the span of an year, and I could write forever about some of the things that happened. I have given the Board more than 85 pages of evidence, and in the one mocked Board meeting they did not bring any of that work, and they would not let me go over my copies of the 85 pages. They did not let me bring any witnesses, they did not record the meeting. I need an Attorney, I have a 6 minute video of the Teacher misbehaving, I have not shown it yet because the Board keeps on hiding from me and I now want to Sue the District. If someone would just listen to me and our children, they would be shocked at just how bad this district looks in handeling this case, (I have the paper work). The district removed our Counsler and Principle and 4 parent support staff members that was on this case. They do not want this case out in the open. But I will pay for counsel. My case ended with the Board on 3-5-11. They beleive that I can't pay for counsel and thus ending this complaint. I am seeking Counsel so can some one help me in finding one!
