Teacher Complaint: Chelsea Rhoades - North Pailding High School

This woman is far too immature to be teaching high schoolers. She treats her students horribly unless they are of the select few that she considers her best friends. She texts these best friends outside of class and about things not regarding school, like her boyfriend troubles. She openly accused a girl of stealing from her in front of the entire class using profanity, finding the object that was stolen on her desk after humiliating not only herself but a student. She awarded students with scholarships, in which a year later she has yet to actually give the students. She tweets about how she enjoys giving students that she doesn't like bad grades. She also writes passes for students to skip class so they can hang out with her or take a nap in her room. After going to the school, nothing was done. She also tried to influence the decision of a contest done, because she did not like the student, and did not want them to win. She runs around the school claiming to have been a Walt Disney princess in Disney world when in fact she was not.
