Teacher Complaint: T. Ross - Prisk Elementary
The school counseler Tracy Ross has fostered a culure of secracy at Prisk. On first impression Mrs. Ross appears interested and well intentioned for the students learning experince at Prisk. One soon recognizes that there is an "inner Circle" at Prisk. Parents are ignored at will by Mrs. Ross, while other parents are praised for just being there. Teachers have aired thier concerns about Mrs. Ross's culture of deceit, but do not report for fear of retaliation.
The "inner circle" works like this, Mrs. Ross has her follower teachers at school who obey her will, she also has some favorite parents who march to her drum. Teachers and parents who don't follow Mrs. Ross are soon ignored and left out. Mrs. Ross finds ways to exculude teachers/parents from coveted school activites.
Mrs. Ross Deceitfully directs teachers, then proceeds to misinform parents as to her advice, Mrs. Ross splits hairs as not to get
caught in the deceit. This culture of the "inner Circle" clearly has no place at school. The Principal Cindy Young should act indepently to poll the school teachers as to issues at prisk and staff performance.
