Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Corcoft - Lowrance Elementary School

My child is in the sixth grade and she was in this teacher's homeroom class. My child has been suspended from school and this particulary teacher has been saying awful remarks about her. Students who attend this school are saying that this teacher is saying that she is glad that my child is no longer in this school. The students are also saying that the teacher is using words like "Thank you Jesus", that my child is no longer at this school because she talks too much. I also have another child who attends this school and I feel that this is very uncomfortable for her. This teacher should not be allowed to work with children at all. Her behavior is unprofessional and violates the code of ethics in the teaching profession.

Well, does your child talk too much. Sadly, often times parents do not know how their children act in school. I am sure that the suspension was deserved and that the class is probably learning more without your child disruptive behavior....all this is just "speculation."

Well, she is wrong for being so honest around other students. However, if your child has been suspended, I am sure he/she has done something. It is sad but this is also a good lesson for your child that if you act a certain way you will be labeled.

Really? Really? Not everyone can teach and certainly not everyone should be parents.
