Teacher Complaint: Principal Helen Johnson - North Wilkes High
Student went to school to change schedule was told to come back after receiving a note from her employer to be excused from 4th period. The student went back the next day and was told they needed a note from the parents to miss 4th period. Went in the third time and was told the classes were full. Communicated with pricipal Johnson, and she replied there was nothing she would do. She claimed that no student would be allowed to change a class unless there was a scheduling conflict or the student was assigned a class they didn't sign up for. HOWEVER other students were allowed to change their schedule simply because they wanted to. Principal Johnson is not interested in helping students. She is only concerned with being in charge. She refused to listen to student and parent concerns and refused to take any action whatsoever. If she is allowed to discriminate against my child, she will against yours.
