Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Neil - Mesquite Jr High School

This teacher has been on my son for months. She can not control her class so has resulted to bullying her students, my son. He was kicked out of his class yesterday and told to find another teacher after he made a noice, "ug", when his seat was moved. She can stand in front of the class and tell them numerous times that they are the worst class she has ever had, and disrupt the class time, yet, when my son is moved do to another student acting up that she can not control and my son voices his disgust with her decision by making a littls sound....he's escourted out of class and told to find another teacher. Does she feel entitled? Has she forgotten that we, the tax payers pay her to be employed? Since when does she get to select her students? And my son is an A student who has NEVER had issues that the school made me aware of, in fact, I was not made aware of this situation until my son tld me about it at dinner. If she can not act older than the students in her class she may need some counseling and another career. He made a noise!!! Nothing else, and he's told to leave and find another teacher!! And the discipline actions do not even align with the student hand-book. Not to mention....I suppose teaching at the 7th grade level and repeating herself for the past 30 years would make anyone crazy....teaching 7th grade work is not rocket science. She's turning into a child and teachers need to be held responsible for thier actions. They are paid to much for what they do and don't do.....I will continue to fight raises for teachers. I also think that teachres should be done away with and we should follow Floridas path....computers in the classes and the students self-teach with one or two college students walking the class to answer questions. That would really help with the deficit the states are having. I will pursue this as well.......no teachers, no raises......stop bullying our children.

The rambling complaint directed against Mrs. Neil is a great example of cowardly bullying by a parent. Who knows where the anger comes from that is behind the vitriol of this parent. Whatever happened to accountability in the home? Every school has one or two parents who exhibit behavior like that seen in this posting. Stop your whining and deal with your son’s behavior issue. It’s amazing to me how an obviously troubled parent can blame a teacher for his or her own failings. Only in Arizona does a parent rant about the salaries of teachers in a terribly underfunded public education system. Another embarrassing example of what’s wrong in Arizona. Your anger seems out of balance. Maybe you should focus on becomming a proper role model for your boy and stop blaming a teacher for dealing with inappropriate behavior in her classroom.
