Teacher Complaint: All Teachers - West Hertel Es
Has anyone walked into that school lately. This school would make anyone puke if they did. The teachers dress like hookers and slobs and the students follow right behind them. The Principals say the students gets punished if they dont wear uniforms. Boy is she a joke. You cant tell the teachers from the Parents or the students. Today two girls were running around in the lobby while the Teachers and Principals watched. This school is for Pre-K-8th grade. Our students are suppose to look up to these older kids and Teachers. I will be the first to say I would not want my children looking up to these students and Teachers. This school should be shut down. I am not for anyone being out of a job but these teachers do. Not everyone is treated equally. As a tax payer our money is being wasted at this school. The people behind the desk in the Office they are no better and their personality are worse than the kids. There is a sign on the door of this school that says "Parents Must Report to the Office when Entering the Bldg". It would be nice if you could tell the difference between the Parents and Teachers. You dont want to tell the principal because her words to you are these kids get punished and the Teachers are Union I cant do anything. The School Motto is: Be Repsectful, Be Responsible & Be Safe. Tell the Teachers and the Students they need to give Respect in Order to get it.
You cant call and complain because the Superintedents Office is just as bad. The Superintendent wont take your calls and the staff there tells you to call this person until you get a run around. No one wants to take responsiblity for the worthlessness of these Teachers. I have met maybe 3 Teachers who deserve more Respect than anyone gives them. They are teachers for all the right reasons. The Superintendents Office tell you to call the Community spokes person for the Parents. Well she is about as worthless as these teachers and most of the students. Then they wonder why our kids dont learn in school and the school report cards are down. Get rid of these teachers. Then when you try to follow the chain of command for your complaints. No one calls you back. Have the tax payers of the area interview these teachers. It couldnt hurt any worse than what we have in there now.
I wish other parents in the area would respond to this. I would like to hear how they feel.
