Teacher Complaint: Jorge Jimenez - Stony Point High School

As a well-rounded senior in high school, I have experience teachers in which I do not particularly like, but never enough to actually wish to file a complaint against them. Anyways, I have played varsity tennis since my freshman year and as a senior, was unsure if I wanted to stay or pursue more in my academia. I felt that the only reason I would remain in the team is if I was allowed to play districts with my younger sister. Mr. Jimenez knew this and I was led to believe that my request would have been honored.
Instead, he did not inform anyone of what position they would play until two days before. Instead of playing with my sister, I was to play with a male that did not match my caliber and my sister was to play with someone even worse than my own male match up. This extremely upset me because I wasted an entire year for the team. When asked for an explanation, he refused to do so until my parents ask. He told my parents that he split us apart for the betterment of the team, unfortunately tennis is NOT a team sport. They argued for some time and could not come to any resolution.
My sister and I have been wanting to play girls doubles together for over two years, and when the time had finally been available, it seems silly that one person is able to completely destroy that dream. It didn't matter to us if we won or loss (but chances were in our favor to win) but we just wanted to play together for family value. Obviously Mr. Jimenez was unable to understand that dream. For him to place us with partners that we have barely any practice with is outrageous and my old coach was furious for his "decision".
Not only did he destroy the only reason for me to stay in high school tennis, but he made the overall year miserable. Before he arrived, the tennis program had around sixty members, now the number has dwindled down to twenty. Most of our athletes are unsatisfied with his coaching ability and lack of respect towards students. He has disregarded any suggestion that we have had. During practice, I was segregated from the males until I beat every single girl three times and guy once. Apparently males and females are not allowed to practice together even though my level may even exceed those of the males and my three previous years it was encouraged so that players levels advance.
I do not like to cause trouble, but his actions throughout this year have angered me like none before. I am an all A student, ranked currently 9th in my class and participate in multiple clubs and organizations, though I would like to think about my college career, I first must address this problem.
(This description is only a minor glimpse of his actions)
