It all began on the first day of school. Right when school began she started to yell at everyone. No gum is allowed and if caught with it, you will be suspended for three days which is not right. Now that school days are longer, you would think that breaks between classed would be the same or a little bit longer, but no. She only gives the students four minutes to go to their lockers, bathroom and their net class and she expects them not to be tardy. If you are tardy the first time, you have "detention" for fifteen minutes. The second time, you owe thirty. And the third time, students have to stay after school for 2 hours and do janitor labor, which is not right. Another rule she is trying to enforce is that in the winter time you can not wear your coat inside the classroom. She is also trying to make it so that you can not wear any kind of ring, earrings, facial peircings, and flip-flops. And if you have to use the restroom you have to pay four dollars at the beginning of the year to buy an agenda that has passes. what if someone does not have enough money to buy one? The other day in class a girl had to go to the bathroom and the teacher would not let her go, she told him that it was an emergency but still he made her wait. He finally let her go, and she had to go home because he made her wait too long. I do not understand how she can make the ridiculous rules. Even teachers do not agree with what the new principal's rules. Whenever a parent tries to call and speak to Mrs. Johnson to give their opinion about things, she starts yelling at the parent and will not let them say anything. She is too busy trying to take control and "fix the school" that she is going way over board. Look at all the complaints about her on gowilkes.com under the "community voice" and there are a lot of unhappy people. Helen Johnson is going to cause a lot of students to drop out when they turn sixteen. I really hope that something gets done about this problem. I personally think that she should be fired, but thats just my, and A LOT of other people's, opinion.

she doesnt know what she is doing!she came in the school like she knew every single one of us which she dosent!she wants us to treat her with respect when she doesnt even treat us with respect.she acts like she is better than all of us!i think all the students would be better off if mr.parsons came back;and if he doesnt than we would be better off moving schools.because most people have told me that they loved coming to school but since she came to this school i have had more people tell me that they wanted to quit school;and thats pretty bad!
