Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Faun Eitenne - Santa Rosa Charter For The Arts
This teacher has had quite a while to send info home with my child on a report. She never sent the rubric and failed my child for a very intricate and well done report since it did not follow the rubric. Her idea of a body system report is 5 defined vocabulary words and a 10 question quiz about the system. My child wrote two pages of detailed information using scholarly reference books and failed for that. Then, she was finally sent home with a page of rubric and told to re-do the report. Now, we have a half page of second grade level work. These children would not be able to say who was president before Obamma! She sits on her computer doing facebook and refuses to post a homework blog because she said it "takes too much time" to communicate with the parents. Please help me figure out what to do to report her! Avoid this school at all costs - unless you need special education for your child and you don't want to enroll in a special ed curriculum. At least they will get past 8th grade totally unprepared for high school!
