Teacher Complaint: Mrs Urie - Beverly Hills Int

I have had a number of incounters with Urie, in reguards to my son, since the begining of school. She has proven her self to be an inefective administrator. She harasses my son on a regular basis and descuses him in a manner that shows no reguard that she is speaking to his mother. I have recieved numerouse phone calls from the woman who in a haughty tone tells me, "the issue",my son, has been written up for being insubordinate. During one phone conversation that came early in the morning, she says, " had called your house all day yesterday and you didnt answer." I told her of course not I wasn't home. She says well is this your house number this is the number I have on file. I confermed that yes it was. She then gets an attitude with me for not answering the phone when she realy needed to talk to me about the chewing gum incident. I tell her she is wrong for the assumption that I do nothing. I go to work everyday just like she does wich means that I am not at home to man the telephone. For some reason the thought never occured to her that the black woman has a job to support her family. He has been in trouble for having his shirt untucked after school, for chewing gum and not spitting it all out in a wad but in pieces, never mind the fact that he had just put it in and it was not a wad yet.not waiting to sign a disciplinary form when one coach told him to stay until he signed and someone else came along and told him to go to class. Having his house key (my house key) exposed. This woman demanded that my son give her his house key and he refused, she persisted and he still refused. I am proud of my son because I have told him that under no cercomstances is he ever to give his house key to anyone. But I can not belive the audacity of this woman. She is so self absorbed that she keeps making everything about her. I told him to never turn it loose, and she decides that he just wants to fight with her, and again he is writen up for insubordination. Seriosly how simple can a person be. I send my son to school to learn, have him in tutoring for classes he is struggling with and she looks for him every day to find something wrong. He is distracted during class trying to calm down and then she keeps interupting him in class to further discuss things and or do paperwork. why cant everything be done at the same time so my child can go about the rest of his day and try to learn something. Now he does not like her and is unhappy when he sees her knowing that she is about to say or do something. I want to know why she doesnt have any real work to do. I want to know why she went down my emergency contact list about some gum but didnt notify me of a violent fight right outside the school that did involve the police ad helicopters. Where there was the use of guns and a possible knife. That certinly is something all the parents should know about.
