Teacher Complaint: Philip Cagno - Liberty Middle School

Mr. Cagno of Liberty Middle School has been nickel and diming his students on their grades. He doesn't provide any explanation of his grading whatsoever. Any small mistake on one of the assignments he gives results in a 50% failure most of the time. If it isn't his EXACT way, a student can expect a severely lowered grade.

He plays favorites with this classes and is lenient on his 'one mistake one F' grading scale. One example is his learning log daily assignment. You're supposed to write what you learned that day and it must follow the objective listed on the board. If you don't write a page of complete nonsense that is no where near what a real learning log is you get an F. All of his favorites do this. He also gives candy to his favorites.
In addition, numerous times he has refused to let students out of his classroom which results in tardiness and missed buses. Multiple times there have been observers in the classroom. They see how he teaches good but are completely unaware of how he grades. I hope he gets fired after he gets possibly investigated about this.
