Teacher Complaint: Jane Lane - Sabine El

Jane Lane 5th grade teacher at Sabine, has been abusive verbally and physically to her students for years. Recently she grabbed a child's face and neck so hard it made his neck swell. She rants and raves keeps kids from lunch and makes them come to her room for lunch while she has her lunch! She screams at kids for being late even if they are there before the bell. She screams in the kids faces and calls them names! But yet after complaint after complaint no one for finds her at fault!
