Teacher Complaint: Jerry Allen And Andre L Smith - North Crowley H S
Where there is injustice to one,there is injustice to all. This is my complaint,that if you want to work with kids,young people then you must be willing to be fair and just to all of them. Not just the ones you like or think they are listing to you, but sometime the best lesson taught is the one you learned. Teacher need to be reminded that it's not all about what you say,or even how you say it, but are you doing what you say.The trust that you want needs to be the trust that you are willing to earn.Respect is not given or taken it is earend,your friends your title may put you in the school,the job, but it will not make a dent in the heart and minds of a kid. Young people these days will not give you the time of day if they see, feel or know you are only in it for a pay check and a badge of honor. I don't blame them one bit, because you will cut them short everytime and where there is injustice to one, there is injustice to all.
