Teacher Complaint: Jessica Bardin Skrapates - Baxter County Alternative School

While in Mrs. Jessica Bardin Skrapates my sister was mentally abused by the above stated teacher along with another girl whom goes to that school, which her parents have gotten a lawyer because when a child tells a teacher they will commit suicide, it does not need to be swept under the rug. I have also been aware of an incidant where Mrs. Jessica Bardin Skrapates actually hit a child and left marks.
Now I am dumbfounded as to why Mtn. Home Alternative school still has this lady working for them. And in that matter be around kids at all if this is the way she handles herself.
