Teacher Complaint: Principal Mimi Fortunato - Marta Valle High School

I am writing to correct allegations that are not based in fact on this site written by a disgruntled parent with a personal agenda to destroy
our wonderful school, students and our principal Ms. Mimi Fortunato. Marta Valle High School has a proven track record of improvement since 2009 and the arrival of Ms. Fortunato. Ms. Fortunato has proven to be warm and nuturing and has transformed the culture and climate of the school. She has developed meaningful collaborations for our staff and students with many community based organizations in order to improve the quality of life and educational opportunities at MVHS.
I have seen an increased level of student respect for themselves, each other,the adults in the building and most importantly for their academics. All of these improvements are the direct result of Ms. Fortunato's abilities and genuine concern for the welfare our students.

I have the feeling, without not even seeing the parent's letter, that you and your school are full of bullsh*t.

Now shove it up your arse, you dumb b*tch, I know a phoney message when I see one.

Heck, you aren't a complaining party.

I am a neighbor resident next to the school. The staff is not doing a great job of controlling these kids once they get out. They vandalize vehicles in the neighborhood and cause general chaos after school gets out.

the kids that are doing the vadalizing are from the other schools in the same building as Marta Valle HS. Maybe you should check their ID's before you place blame.
