Teacher Complaint: Dean Of Students Mr. Anthony Tests - Wilkes-barre Avts
My son was jumped arnd injured. Mr. Testa Never notified us of his injuries and only told us of his involvement in a fight. It was other teachers who told us he was jumped from behind and that Mr. Testa told them to not say anything about it. He filed charges on both my son and the boy who jumped him even though teachers and other students told him our son did nothing wrong. Our son had a broken jaw, busted teeth and concussion. He did not even know the boy who did this to him. Mr. Testa refused a meeting with us. In court my son was put on deferred justice and the other boy was given a 200 dollar fine for disorderly conduct. Everything was dropped on my son at the end of the school year. Mr. Testa never lets the child say what happened in their words and even demeans the parents. He is a terrible and abusive administrator. He tells the children he doesn't have to listen to a word they say.
