Teacher Complaint: Mrs. Shear - Indian Springs Middle Sch

this has been happening since i came started 8th grade.my teacher excludes me from any activities and is always following me. here recently she has a new student teacher. no matter where i go either she her self or her student teache follows me. no other student is treated this way. i am only on my 2nd step disiplinary corse. i have multiple friends that are litteraly a white slip away till they face expulsion. i am never called on during class discusions and no matter what i do she wont help me with any questions i have. i have alot of things going on at home(wont go into detail other than cousiling.) on those days my parents have asked if i could go to the box, in school suspension, for her class to work on homework. she told them it would work out perfectly but i have not been there once because she will not let me. when my parents asked this it was 11/2/10. i have brought this up to multiple principles but everyone that ive told has taken her side. i need help or advice either would help. thank you very much.
sincerly,
kevin henney

I think you need to speak with your parents and let them know what is going on. If your parents are not doing anything I would try talking to a counselor or maybe even your superintendent and explain your situation. It is not okay for any teacher to be treating any student that way. If all else fails, maybe you need to switch to another teacher. I'm not sure what is going on in your personal life, but I'm sorry your having problems and nobody, especially a School who is supposed to protect their students, should be making you feel uncomfortable and singled out.
