Teacher Complaint: Marcia Hoard - Dc Everest
Hoard is a complete mess. She comes into the room teaching students with loaded fragrance to cover up her smoker's breath. Has alcohol problems, and takes her anger out on all the students. She says that she will never repeat anything she has says because that just shows you weren't listening, but isn't it a teachers job to make students understand what is being taught. because she has been at the district for some what of a while she thinks of herself as the most highly woman teacher. she talks to her students as if they were dumb, and has made many people cry. She is a bad example and a very bad teacher hands down. Isn't it a teachers responsibitly to help a student get back on track once a student has been gone for eight days? well hoard thinks the teachers don't need to waste their time finding what you missed for you. hoard shows no what so ever expression when she teaches, and shows no sign of her dedication to teaching. Isn't it a teachers happiness to see their students succeed? Well doesn't seem so!
