Teacher Complaint: Missy Ash/sheryl Mitchell - Hermann Elem.
this is an ongoing practice at Hermann elementary...it happens weekly to my special needs grandson, and i have seen it happen to others.. before i start with what they do to the kids, and what they dont do, teach them, I have a comment for u to read that was a comment on my facebook wall, where a DSF worker, working for the county with foster children, said about Hermann elementary: here it is:
I would not expect love from those paid staff as you find with family. What one should expect is COMPASSION and UNDERSTANDING. With their degrees, education (often times w/a focus on "special needs" and "years of experience" they should know better. Shame on them! If they are unable or unwilling to provide these needed componets of teaching then they need to find another profession! I worked in a private social service co for years prior to moving to Hermann - And I can tell you Hermann had a horrible reputation w/the state and our agency when it came to dealing w/special and/or behavioral needs kids. They were the worst and most uncooperative at the Family Support Team meetings and were constantly butting heads w/the Social Workers of our agency when dealing w/the few clients we had in this county. It is a shame. And the mountains that Parents/Family have to climb to achieve simple expected outcomes for their special needs kids is overwhelming and at times exhausting. An Education is the Law and it is a Right! I'm sorry the family has to go thru so much for something as simple as a great day at school.

Now for my complaints, which there are far to many stories to write on her.. but i will tell you that if i see Missy Ash drag a kid down the hall again like a little rag doll i will approach her myself with a video camera, but i wont go to the school...they all stick together, i will put it on you tube and call radio and tv stations so they can see the abuse first hand.. my grandson, who dosent even know what day it is, who can barely speak fluently and dosent understand , gets suspensions from school, and im pretty sure the reason is because they want a day off with pay, where they dont have to deal with him, because i have clients that work with special needs and they said their school districts aren't allowed to give speds kids suspension unless the bring a weapon to school...and then there's the queen, Sheryl Mitchell, her degree has to be a forgery.. she will lie, cheat and change rules around and cause the district to spend more money for absolutely nothing, because she absolutely does not want whats best for the children, i cant even believe shes there..all she wants is confrontation..she will flat out lie right to your face without batting an eye, thats how good of a habitual lair she is ...hers an example of wasting money... she had some one else call a sped bus driver, yeah she didnt even do it..shes a wimp,..and tell them that their, the schools, budgeting didnt have enough money to keep him employed.. so get this, heres what she did... she hired a speds aide to also drive the bus for OVERTIME PAY.. how much sense does that make, the budget dosent allow to pay a driver straight pay but allows them to pay double for the replacement driver, shes a waist and so is the taxpayers money, i would like to know what Hermann schools did with their portion of the 30 billion lottery funding that they received for the month of sept, 2011.. thank you very much for this site, God bless the speds kids.
