Teacher Complaint: Assistant Principal Nina Hardiewich - Kelly Middle School
on june,6,2011 my daughter was into a altacation with another student. from my understanding the teacher was trying to brake it up and i was told my daughter hit the teacher in the face four times.I ask to see the tape it did not show my daughter hitting the teacher.my daughter was kicked out of school until futher notice.then i got a letter saying I have a meeting at the administrative center.on june,23,2011 they decided to kick my daughter out of school for 180 days,than i got something in the mail july 30,2011 saying she has to go to juvenile court my daughter has been spit on by a student and nothing was done about that my daughter has been called racial names by students nothing was done about that. I reported to the principal about the assistant principal threating my daughter with the police because she was eating chips on the bus and giving my daughter dirty looks.the board told my daughter and me that she can get a education but not in there school.
