teacher is repeatedly found to be unaware of students abilities and often disregards students efforts in class. no understanding of active programs or class activities are observed form the teacher. he does not grasp the course being taught and what is required to do tasked laid out resulting in student revolt to teachers "dictatorship" in class. work ethic is non-existent and the efforts of the teacher are forfeit.
